These have been handcrafted in the same family workshop in Northern Greece since 1977. Solid brass beneath, finished in copper for a rosier, richer glow that shifts with the light and deepens with age. They grind with the kind of consistency that changes how a meal tastes, freshly cracked pepper over pasta, a careful turn of salt over something just pulled from the oven. Please note – The handles for each mill are located inside the mills (under the top lid) for safe transporting. A simple assembly of two pieces is required.

Salt is naturally corrosive, so we use a strong, food-safe mechanism for the salt mill made from high-quality plastic reinforced with 40% glass to ensure lasting performance.
