4. Delivery Process

Small items (sheets, lamps): Delivered to your door by courier. No signature required .

Nightstands: Carrier may contact you to schedule delivery . For truck shipments, you will receive a 4-8 hour delivery window .
5. Inspection Upon Delivery – Critical
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery . For nightstands:

If damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos if damage is discovered .
6. Packaging

Nightstands: Flat-pack boxes with protective padding and corner protectors.

Lamps: Boxed with foam inserts.

Bed sheets: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes.
7. Failed Delivery / Redelivery Fees
Be present for scheduled deliveries. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, redelivery fees may apply . For missed freight appointments, fees can be significant (e.g., $150) .
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement . Orders shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order nightstands may have shorter cancellation windows .
