Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Processing times vary:

  • Bed sheets & lamps: 1-3 business days 

  • Nightstands: 1-5 business days (in-stock) 

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States . We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations . We partner with:

  • Small items (sheets, lamps): USPS, UPS, FedEx 

  • Large items (nightstands): UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers 

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders .

  • Times: 5-10 business days (estimates, not guarantees). Larger items may take 7-14 days .

4. Delivery Process

  • Small items (sheets, lamps): Delivered to your door by courier. No signature required .

  • Nightstands: Carrier may contact you to schedule delivery . For truck shipments, you will receive a 4-8 hour delivery window .

5. Inspection Upon Delivery – Critical
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery . For nightstands:

  • Check for visible damage before signing delivery receipt .

  • If damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt.

  • Open and inspect contents right away .

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos if damage is discovered .

6. Packaging

  • Nightstands: Flat-pack boxes with protective padding and corner protectors.

  • Lamps: Boxed with foam inserts.

  • Bed sheets: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes.

7. Failed Delivery / Redelivery Fees
Be present for scheduled deliveries. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, redelivery fees may apply . For missed freight appointments, fees can be significant (e.g., $150) .

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement . Orders shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order nightstands may have shorter cancellation windows .
