Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the different nature of our products (furniture, electrical items, and textiles), please review our policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact .

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Assembled Furniture: Nightstands that have been assembled or show signs of use cannot be returned .

  • Used Bedding: Bed sheets that have been removed from packaging, washed, or used cannot be returned (hygiene reasons).

  • Used Electrical Items: Desk lamps that have been plugged in, used, or show signs of operation.

  • Custom Orders: Special order items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

3. Return Process & Fees

  • To Initiate: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts. For nightstands, this means unassembled in original boxes with all hardware.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping . For nightstands and larger items, these costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply .

  • Refunds: Issued within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection . Original shipping fees non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery . For furniture, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing . For lamps and sheets, check packaging carefully. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos . We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.

6. Missing Parts
If your nightstand or lamp arrives missing assembly hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty . Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
